so you know how i said i was so excited to take sarah’s mixed media class? it’s true. i bought her book, flipped through the pages, got totally inspired and created my first ever mixed media piece. then i read her book word for word the next day and created my second-ever mixed media piece. want to see them? ::

i showed the piece above to chris and he immediately said, “well, that’s obviously about your grandmother.” i love him. he SO gets me!

this one, i just created without a plan in mind. i really love that bear, and i love how this one turned out. i can’t wait to see what springs into my mind next!
